Firms in emerging markets are rapidly developing frugal innovation capabilities (FICs) order to harness the growth potential of these markets. Researchers have explored this phenomenon through case studies such firms. This nascent domain study has been growing, and demand for a specialized focus on FICs their measurement is strong. paper aims satisfy by conceptualizing using theoretical framework dynamic capability, scale, empirically validating scale measure FICs. Data from medical device automobile sectors India were applied purpose. It proposed that composite variable with four dimensions: value money, acceptable quality, scalability marketability.
